]On 23 June 2022, our Windale Deadly Dancers went out to perform for the Anglican Care residents at Merewether for their NAIDOC Celebrations.
The students were so excited and proud to be performing for the residents.
When the students finished their performance they got the opportunity to walk around and engage in conversations with the residents.
We had some ochre, which the students used to paint some of the residents’ faces or hands.
This was a very special day for our students, who did Windale Public School extremely proud.
We look forward to visiting again very soon.
